3) Robust KYC Process/Cause Verification:

Post donation cause raised on Reachneedy.in, following steps for verification are followed:

Cause Manager (CM) is allocated to each of the cause raised who are experienced in verification process. The CM are internal team members of HFHC and complete data security process is followed.
The Cause Manager connects with beneficiary/ cause raiser. Genuineness of the cause is highly expected. So, CM will cross check and ask for max details and documents/ references as per policy of HFHC.
The Cause Manager will verify the zakat eligibility, genuineness of the requirement, on the basis of documents scrutiny. Once cause manager is satisfied with the genuineness of the cause it is sent to content team.
Content team will review the entire content and documents. After this process request is sent to approve or reject the cause.
Physical Verification if required are done by HELP FOR HIND FOUNDATION team members which are present across states in India.
Post approval of the cause it is made LIVE on HFHC portal. HFHC requests cause raiser to promote its own cause and also helps in giving training on “How to promote your cause” regularly.
It is recommended that first donation should come by a known contact of cause raiser which helps in creating positive impact on potential donors.
The cause raiser and cause manager along with social media team, promotes the cause on various social media (FB, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter etc) in a systematic way to make it more effective/appealing.
HFHC collects maximum donation through promotions done by HFHC and also volunteer teams on social media platforms. If any cause raiser has problem or do not want their cause to be promoted on social media platforms can promote the cause among his/her family, relatives, friends and influential people/ groups in their respective city/state.
During the cause promotion, a short video from the creator/beneficiary is more effective to promote the cause on social sites. Attach the video/images along with cause link and explain in a standard message.
Once cause get successful, fund transfer would be initiated as per policy of HFHC. For example:

1. If the cause is related to Education, it will be to transferred (on behalf of cause raiser) into the school/ college account.
2. If the cause is related to Medical, transfer the generated funds (on behalf of cause raiser) into the Hospital/ Clinic account.
3. If the cause is related to Livelihood, transfer the generated funds (on behalf of cause raiser) into the vendors account from where the material is being purchased.

And so on...

In authentic circumstances if college, hospital or vendors don't provide their personal bank details, after physical verification by HELP FOR HIND FOUNDATION chapters, HFHC will transfer the amount directly to the beneficiary subject to approval by HELP FOR HIND FOUNDATION and HFHC.

IMPORTANT POINTS:

1) Unclaimed Fund:

HFHC raises funds for different causes and in some cases, it might happen that the beneficiary does not claim the raised funds for some reasons.
HFHC pay-out team will keep on contacting the beneficiary through Message, Call, Email, physical appearance for a certain amount of time.
If there is NO RESPONSE or if the beneficiary does not claim the raised amount, then after 180 days (6 months) the amount will be considered as “Unclaimed Fund”
For any raised funds that remain unclaimed by the beneficiary, the amount will be donated to "only Causes of related category" where donation was received but not claimed on IndiaZakat. For example, donation received for education cause which is not claimed, will be re-donated to education cause only.

2) Surplus Amount:

By “Surplus Amount” here we mean that amount of the fund-raised that exceeds the goal amount.
For such extra amount (surplus amount) that is raised, HFHC reserve rights to put in into a “Surplus amount raise” category and the amount will be utilized for the administrative costs and office expenses of HFHC

3) Large Donations:

Large amount of donations that are being done by "Direct Bank Transfer" are subjected to save 2% cost that the payment gateway vendors deduct.
Hence, it is advisable for Donors to make large donations via the direct bank transfer option so that they can save the 2% cost on the donated amount.
The donors can make direct donation of the amount to below back account which will reflect in cause raiser fund within 1-2 days.
