Question : How can I create a case ?

Answer: Anyone can post case. First, he/she needs to register themselves.
Once case is posted, admin team will thoroughly verify it, if it fits in the criteria, they would verify it.Once verified, case will be open for fund transfer.

How to register

• Provide an email address and password.
• Enter the OTP received in the mail or mobile.
• Successfully registration done.

Question : Who can view case ?

Answer:There is no restrictions whatsoever in viewing cases. The case will have whatsApp shareable link. So, it can be forwarded and viewed by anyone, without registration required. Also, we would request to all please register and let us together help in the cause.

Question : How can I donate?

Answer: Cases have bank account no. , Google Pay , Phone pay or UPI associated with it , amount can be donated through any of these channels

Question : How can I check how much amount raised for a case till now?

Answer: • Go to any active case • In the progress bar you will see how much amount raised till now vis-a-vis target amount • If you scroll below you will see how much amount donated by respective donors

Question :How can I update the amount received?

Answer: • Go to my case where you will see your case registered • Click on plus sign and scroll below • You will see option add donor, click on it • There you can mention the donor name and respective amount received • Click on submit and the donation you received will get updated

Question : How can I check the open cases?

Answer: Dashboard has Active cases link on top left corner
