Case Story:
Yasin's son was found to have a stiff abdomen a day before Shab-e-Barat. They took him to Chittaranjan Hospital, where the doctors prescribed medicine to help him pass stool. The doctor mentioned that if his abdomen remained tight even after passing stool, an ultrasound (USG) would be necessary.
After the USG was done, a large tumor was detected. The doctors immediately recommended surgery, which was carried out using their savings and contributions, costing around ?3.5 lakh. When the tumor was sent for biopsy, traces of cancer were found.
The doctors have now proposed a treatment plan involving 24 cycles of chemotherapy, each costing around ?10,000, along with some additional expensive tests.
Since he is a child, his recovery is expected to be faster, InshaAllah. Let’s come together and help our brother get his child treated.
