Farida Bibi lives at Shapgachi Topsia and works as a household maid to sustain the life for her and her daughter, Husband Md Ladla has deserted them and married elsewhere, daughter has studied till Class 10th from Jagbandhu School Topsia, discontinued after that as unable to bear the educational expenses. Her husband has not paid the electricity bills earlier and it got accumulated and a couple of months Bills were not sent by CESC either, which has resulted in her Electricity being disconnected since last 10 days, they are asking to clear all the Dues, that is Rs 11,380, which she is not able to bear at once and hence needs help for paying this bill. They both do not have any electricity and no one willing to give temporary line.
